About the event

Why learn about Bushfire Safety and prepare for the injuries which could impact your dog? Because, trauma from a bushfires could be life ending, its as simple as that! Multiple types of injuries could happen as a result of being exposed to radiation, convection and conduction heat. You need to be able to assess the most severe burns and injuries and treat each burn and continue the process again and again until your dog is stabilised. If you don't stabilise them, in response to the type and severity of injury, your dog will not survive the trip to the Vet nor will they hold out until a mobil Vet arrives.

FURSAFE, Australia's No. 1 Health & Safety Specialist in the Pet Industry for emergency first aid, is committed to bridging the gap between the moment your dog experiences a life threatening injury and the time it takes to getting to…
