1. Data Privacy & Local Storage

FurShield Emergency is built with a "Privacy First" philosophy. We do not collect, store, or share any personal information on our servers.

1.1 Local Data (Pet Profiles & Emergency Contacts)
The app allows users to create a Pet Profile and store emergency contact numbers (such as a Veterinarian).

• Storage: This data is stored locally on your device only. We do not transmit or upload this data to our servers.

• Control: You have full control over this data and can edit or delete it within the app at any time.

1.2 Data Retention and Deletion
Because FurShield Emergency does not use accounts or cloud storage, we do not "retain" your personal data.

• User-Initiated Deletion: All locally stored data is permanently deleted from your device if you uninstall the app.

Support Requests: If you contact us via email for support, we will retain that correspondence only as long as necessary to resolve your inquiry. You may request the deletion of your email correspondence at any time by contacting us at hello@furshield.app

FurShield works primarily offline.
The App includes:

• An educational emergency CPR video

• Text-based instructions

• A link to download a free eBook

No data is transmitted to us through use of the App.

3. Voluntary Contact

If you choose to contact us using the App’s Contact Us button, your inquiry is sent through your email provider.

We only receive the information you voluntarily include in your email.
We use this only to respond to your inquiry.

The App may link externally (e.g., Fursafe.com.au).
We do not control external websites and are not responsible for their privacy practices.

5. Children’s Privacy

FurShield does not collect data from users of any age.
However, because the App involves emergency first aid education, children should use it under adult supervision.
